What does the Human Resources Team do?
The Human Resource service is formed of committed professionals who attract, develop, and retain top talent. The Human Resources team handles all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training, development, and policy development. The Human Resources function focuses on a fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring that every employee has the support and resources they need to thrive and contribute to WANO’s success.

Typical roles include
Human Resources Coordinator
Key responsibilities include ensuring the overall smooth running of WANO corporate events; the management and oversight of all project documents; and the management and oversight of the overall event budget.
Human Resources Manager
Key responsibilities include communicating the products, services and developments of WANO London Office technical and business functions to WANO staff, including WANO offices and regional centres.
Senior Human Resources Advisor
Key responsibilities include ensuring the smooth running of corporate events, this role is accountable to the various event project boards / event leads and has the authority to run the project / event by developing the management documentation and reports.
