Learning Secondment
Learning Secondments support the delivery of ongoing work to support the industry in moving closer to meeting its long-term goal of improving worldwide nuclear safety. Learning secondments are aimed towards individuals at the start of their nuclear career.
What is a Learning Secondment?
A WANO London Learning Secondment is a short-term placement designed for individuals at the beginning of their nuclear career and is open to all WANO members. Lasting ideally between 3 and 6 months, it offers participants an immersive introduction into the WANO London Office. During the secondment, participants will spend time with each technical team, and if requested, within business functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of each department’s key elements. Learning secondments are fully funded by the member company.
